Kathleen Bird is the author of the Adven Trilogy, a Christian fantasy series which includes her debut novel (To Love in Peace), and the Isles of Miadhra, a series of steampunk fairytale retellings. You can also find her writings included in a variety of anthologies! She has been a lifetime lover of stories: reading, writing, or watching them. Basically, anything that takes her away to a fantasy world whether it’s Narnia, the TARDIS, outer space or beyond! Kathleen loves traveling and seeing new places, which give her inspiration for her writing. When she and her husband are not traveling the world, they live in Des Moines, IA.
